Open only in July and August from Tuesday to Sunday (10.00 – 18.00) and on selected public holidays, as stated in the opening hours.

The tour is only available with a guide.

Practical information for visitors

• The tour is physically demanding with an entrance measuring 90 x 110 cm and includes 350 steps.
• Barrier-free access is not possible.
• We recommend warm clothing for the underground tour, as the temperature underground is 8 °C.
• We recommend sturdy hiking shoes.
• Dogs (and other animals) are not allowed on any of the tours or in any of the buildings.
• The number of visitors in a group is limited.
• The tour takes about 1 hour, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before the start of the tour (unless it is the start of opening hours).
• Taking handheld photos is included in the ticket price, but taking photos with a flash is not allowed inside the casemate Jeřáb.
