Full admission
Visitors who do not prove their eligibility for a discount according to the conditions for reduced or free admission before purchasing a ticket.
Reduced admission
• Children and students aged 6 to 26.
• Teachers accompanying groups of pupils or students.
• Pensioners aged 65 and over.
• Holders of Disabled ID (ZTP, ZTP/P) cards, foster family cards.
Free admission
• Children under 5 years of age.
• Holders of AMG card (Association of Museums and Galleries of the Czech Republic, z. s.).
• Holders of ICOM card (International Council of Museums).
Special tours
Tours outside standard opening hours or routes, photography, and filming are charged according to specific requirements, number of visitors, and agreement.
Applying discounts
• When purchasing tickets, please report all persons, including those who are admitted free of charge.
• Please request reduced admission in advance.
• To apply a discount when paying at the ticket office, you may be asked to present proof of eligibility for the discount before payment. If you are unable to prove your eligibility for the discount with the necessary documentation, the ticket office staff will not be able to apply the discount at the time of purchase.
• In the case of a discount when paying online, you may be asked to present proof of eligibility for the discount before entering the tour. If you are unable to prove your eligibility for the discount with the necessary documentation, your ticket and reservation will be invalid.
