Practical information for visitors

• Please note that the tour is physically demanding.
• Visitors must be able to go at least 226 steps down and immediately 226 steps up at a normal, brisk pace without difficulty or stopping.
• The temperature in the underground is a constant 8.5 °C.
• We recommend warm clothing and sturdy hiking shoes.
• Dogs and other pets are not allowed inside.
• The visitor center and restrooms close 60 minutes before the end of opening hours.
