Tour reservations

Instructions for groups, tours outside standard opening hours, and persons with reduced mobility or orientation

To ensure that you can get a tour at the desired time, use the on-line ticket presale. Tickets are usually available for purchase approximately two weeks in advance.

The number of people who can enter the underground is limited by fire safety regulations and, in winter due to bat hibernation. In the case of larger groups (typically more than 28 people) or persons with special needs (typically 12 people), it may be necessary to divide visitors into several tours.

Reservations for groups of more than 28 people or people who require the use of an elevator can be made by emailing dobrosov.pokladna@muzeumnachodska.cz at least 14 days in advance. To speed up the reservation process, we recommend that you include your phone number.

Visitors with reservations must arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour (45 minutes before entering the underground), otherwise the reservation will be forfeited without compensation.
