The tour is only available with a guide.

Practical information for visitors

• The tour is physically demanding and includes up to 408 steps.
• We recommend warm clothing for the underground tour, as the temperature underground is 8 °C.
• We recommend sturdy hiking shoes.
• Dogs (and other animals) are not allowed on any of the tours or in any of the buildings. We provide a bowl of water.
• Entrance to the underground is limited to specific time.
• The number of visitors in a group is limited (depending on the situation, a maximum of 28 visitors).
• Partially barrier-free access is possible only by prior arrangement at least 14 days in advance.
• Persons who wish to use the elevator must make prior arrangements.
• The tour takes approximately 2 hours; we recommend arriving 30 minutes before the start of the tour (unless it is the start of opening hours).
• Taking handheld photos is included in the ticket price.
